  All models offered within this homepage are offered for worldwide mail order. We accept payment by wire transfer or major credit cards. All orders subject to payment prior to shipment. No pre-payment required with your order. Your order by mail or any other means is a legal contract which can be cancelled in written form within two weeks of your order. No other court except our local court can be accepted.

  We are trying to check all models for flawless delivery, should you have any reason for complaint please let us know. If the models have been damaged in transit please contact your carrier company (post etc.) and get a proof of damage - this allows for easy insurance claims.
Please note that all our models are made to individual order, in case you're not happy with your model ( sometimes pictures don't show exact colour specifications ) we offer free replacement ( not including shipment charges ). This service is limited to paint schemes offered as "standard" choice. We're sorry but models ordered with an individual paint scheme or special details are excluded from this service.
If you purchased your model from a retail company, please talk with them to solve your requirements.
   
   
   
   
Delivery Times
   
   
   
  Please note that all models are made to order within their limited casting lifetime. We are working hard to avoid long delivery times with our part of the work but we are also depending on a few suppliers. Individually fabricated parts need testing and sometimes a very limited production of only one set - this combination may result in longer delivery times up to 6 months and more. In any case you'll be notified about the status of your model and delivery.
